Shipping Policy: We work cautiously with our vendors and shipping partners to make sure your products are delivered as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary from product to product. General estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days for domestic orders. However, some specialty products may take longer to arrive if they are shipping out from a direct international source. Estimated shipping times will be clarified in your order confirmation email and tracking info will be provided. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. 


Return Policy: Aura Beauty Cosmetics reserves the right to enforce our custom return policy. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Cosmetic items are non-returnable. If your cosmetic products arrive damaged or in poor condition, we are happy to exchange them for you within 7 days of the order arrival date. All other non-perishable items such as crystals, diffusers, and candles are returnable up to 14 days from the order arrival date. Crystals must be in original packaging. Candles must be in original, undamaged boxes and in new/unused condition. Diffusers must be in original and undamaged packaging. If any of these products arrived damaged, please email us and we will send you a new one right away or a full refund. Our customer service team is here to help at sales@aurabeautycosmetics.com. 


Promotion Code Policy: All promotion codes are limited to one per customer per coupon.
